Together with Dr. Liesdeth Lijnzaad of the Netherlands, Dr. Kohona will head
this panel.
It will study the conservation and sustainable use of the marine biological
diversity beyond areas of national jurisdiction.
The appointment is for the third meeting of the UN Working Group in 2010.
